1.How does Dentaltix.it work?

"Dentaltix.it is an online dental depot with more than 65.000 products for dental practices, offering an average discount of 30%. You can browse all available products on our website and make your purchase immediately. There is no minimum order, but shipping is free from 300€; otherwise it amounts to 25€ + VAT. By placing your order directly through our website, you can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card and PayPal. Delivery times are 4/6 working days from the moment the payment is confirmed."


2.Can I place an order by phone?

"Dentaltix.com is an online dental depot; on our website you can check the features of the products, the price, availability and make your purchase immediately. The accepted payment methods for online orders are bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, and shipping will take 4/6 working days.

You can place your order by phone. In this case, we will send you an e-mail containing the details of your purchase and our bank details to make a bank transfer. Telephone orders take a few more days than online ones. If you need our products urgently, we recommend purchasing them online. In any case, you can choose the method you prefer."


3.What payment methods are accepted on Dentaltix.it?

"For all online purchases, you can pay immediately on the website with credit card or PayPal. Shipping will take place upon receipt.

If you prefer, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. In this case, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your purchase and our bank details. If you need our products urgently, remember that this payment method is not immediate and that the order will be processed once the transfer is received."


4.Can I pay for my order cash on delivery?

"To place an order on Dentaltix you must pay in advance. You can do so by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery payment."


5.Can I pay by direct debit?

"The direct debit payment option is only available to regular customers who place several orders a month. For the first purchases, payment must be made in advance, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. If you are a regular customer and prefer this payment method, do not hesitate to contact us."


6.How long will it take to receive my order?

"At Dentaltix we constantly update our catalogue, adding new products and new offers, which makes it impossible to have a printed catalogue. You can browse all the products directly on our website, checking the features, the price, the availability..."


9.Does Dentaltix.it ship to other countries?

"At Dentaltix.com we ship to most European countries. Countries that are not part of the European Union will not have to pay VAT on our site, but will have to pay customs duty."


10.How can I make a return?

""If you want to return the product you have received, there is no problem; you just need to keep in mind the following points:

  • You have 15 days from receipt of the order to proceed with the return.
  • It is essential that the product and the packaging are not altered. For safety and hygiene reasons, products whose security seal has been opened cannot be returned.
  • Some products, marked as PRODUCTS ON ORDER, are not usually in stock but must be specifically requested from the manufacturer and, therefore, cannot be returned."

11.The product is temporarily unavailable, what can I do?

12.What taxes do I have to pay?

  • If you are a European company and have an EU VAT number, you will not pay taxes for your order.
  • If you do not have an EU VAT number, the VAT corresponding to the ordered product will be applied to you.
