Orthodontic Bands

The orthodontic metal band, or bracket bands, is a metal ring that surrounds the molar, to which a tube is usually welded, through which the archwire and any attachments required by the treatment pass.
The purpose of orthodontic bands is to cement them to the molars in order to exert orthodontic forces on them.
There are several types: single (convertible and non-convertible), double convertible, triple convertible and convertible combination, with different types used depending on the treatment being applied.
In addition, depending on each tooth, there is a band thickness and width that corresponds to the chewing force received in that area.
You will also find a lingual retainer (or lingual bar) among our selection.
