Shipping

Delivery period:

  • The shipping time for most of the products is 6 to 8 working days (8 to 10 working days for countries in Northern Europe). Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).
  • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not during holidays or weekends.
  • Delivery times start counting from the moment your order payment is confirmed. When the payment is by card or PayPal, the confirmation is immediate, but if the payment is made by transfer the order will be processed as soon as we receive the transfer (if you want to expedite the process you can make an account deposit since in that case the payment confirmation is immediate).
  • For some products delivery times may vary; in those cases the delivery time will always appear on the product page.

* The delivery times are always predictions, in 95% of cases they are correct but it is important to note that the messengers go en route and it is not always possible to meet the anticipated deadlines.

Deliveries

  • We work mainly with DHL and TNT to try to guarantee the reliability of the delivery times.

Shipping costs

  • The following countries will have to pay a flat shipping tax of 49.95€ + VAT on our website: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
  • The following countries will have to pay 25 € + VAT on our website. For these countries orders above 300€ + VAT get free delivery.: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Sweden.

Customs fees and import duties

For shipments to destinations subject to customs procedures, we apply an additional charge to cover customs handling and import-related costs. This amount is calculated as a percentage of the order value and varies depending on the destination country.

This system allows us to streamline customs clearance, reduce potential delays or issues, and help ensure that your order reaches its destination correctly, without unexpected charges at the time of delivery.

The main destinations and their corresponding surcharges are:

  • Switzerland: 10%
  • Andorra: 5%
  • United Kingdom: 20%
  • Norway: 25%

The corresponding amount will be clearly itemised before you confirm payment, so you can see the total cost of your order with complete transparency.

VERY IMPORTANT

In some exceptional cases the products may suffer a lack of stock and the shipment may be delayed. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can either change the item, obtain a refund on your purchase or simply wait for us to receive it in stock.
