Dental Fiberglass Strips

Dental glass fibers are composite materials used in dentistry to reinforce restorations and prostheses. They are made of glass filaments impregnated with a resin, which gives them high mechanical strength, flexibility and biocompatibility. They are used in intraradicular posts, removable prostheses and adhesive bridges, improving the durability and aesthetics of the treatments.
In addition, they are used in the splinting of teeth with mobility, such as in cases of periodontal disease, to stabilize the teeth and better distribute masticatory forces, helping to prolong their functionality and prevent tooth loss. Their translucency allows for better integration with the natural dental structure.
