Dental Equipment Financing

Financing options available:

  • Loan. You can finance your equipment from 12 months.
  • Leasing. This is a lease with a purchase option for 100% of the equipment's value (VAT included).
  • Renting. In this case it is a lease without a purchase option; you will be able to deduct the financial expenses.

Frequently asked questions:

  • Is there a minimum term to be able to finance my equipment? Yes, 12 months.
  • And a maximum? The maximum term is 48 months.
  • Is there a minimum amount to be able to finance my equipment? Yes, the minimum amount to finance is 3.000€ (before VAT) in all available options.
  • How long will it take to find out if the financing has been pre-approved? We will give you a pre-approval response within 48 hours.
  • What else should I know? Simply that all financing options are subject to bank approval.

What documentation do we need?

To process the financing of your dental equipment, we will need you to provide different documents depending on whether you place the order as a self-employed professional or as a company.

Are you self-employed?

RISK ASSESSMENT:

For all transactions from 3.000€ to 40.000€:

  • Professional Association membership card (showing the registration date). If that date does not appear on your membership card, we will need a document from the association certifying the date from which you have been registered.
  • ID document
  • Copy of your latest self-employed contribution receipt.

For transactions over 40.000€, we also need:

  • Your latest income tax return (IRPF).

For transactions over 100.000€, you must also:

  • Provide a signed authorization document to be able to request the CIRBE.
FORMALIZATION:
  • We will need your bank account to direct debit the installments.

Are you a company?

RISK ASSESSMENT:

For all transactions:

  • We require the company's tax ID (CIF).
  • The articles of incorporation and powers of attorney.
  • ID document of the person authorized to sign.

For transactions over 100.000€, we also need:

  • A signed authorization document to request the CIRBE.
  • The Annual Accounts for the last year. If the accounts have not been filed with the Registry, we will need you to send us the accounts for the last 2 financial years.
FORMALIZATION:
  • The bank account for direct debiting the installments.
  • Contact details of the signing person.
