Splints
A splint is a custom-made plastic or resin device designed to achieve a perfect oral fit for the patient, on both the upper and lower arches.
This device helps bring the jaw into a suitable position, while also preventing friction or wear on the teeth. In other words, the main purpose of dental splints is to protect the teeth.
