Coating and flasking
The coating and muffling of prostheses are dental laboratory procedures through which partial and total prostheses are designed and manufactured in acrylic resins.
Once the wax assembly has been carried out by the dental prosthesis with the particular occlusion and aesthetics scheme according to the patient given by the dentist, the model is immersed together with the muffle in a solution and the base is covered with acrylic for the final confection of the prosthesis with which the patient recovers his smile and functionality.
