You have 15 days from the date you received your order to do so.
- Remember that it is imperative that the product and its packaging are not altered. If we send you a larger product, in its original box, you will always receive it properly protected to avoid possible alterations and possible damage during shipment. Remember that if you want to return it, it will be necessary to protect it in the same way or using a similar system. For safety and health reasons, products that have the security seal open cannot be returned.
- At Dentaltix we do not take responsibility for the collection of the product you wish to return.
- The products that are indicated in the online store as CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not usually in stock and we have to specifically ask the manufacturer for them. Therefore, we do not accepts returns on these products..
- To return PACKS of products, it will be necessary to return all the products that make up the pack.
How can I make a return with Dentaltix?
1. Download our Return Form here, fill it in with the required data and send it by email to hello@dentaltix.com along with a photo in which the state of the product is shown. You will also need to include a copy of the form within the package.
Who is responsible for the pick-up of the product to be repaired?
- You must include a copy of the return form within the package and have it prepared in advance of the time set for the collection.
- The product and its original packaging must not be altered. For safety and health reasons, products that have the security seal open can not be returned.
- Remember that you must pack the product properly for shipping. Dentaltix will not be responsible for returns which have not been correctly packaged for shipment and arrive damaged to our warehouses. We recommend packing the products in a box that serves as protective packaging to prevent the product or its box from being damaged in transport. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box in which we sent ourselves or another equivalent.

3As soon as we receive the product and our warehouse confirms us that everything is ok, we will make the payment of the amount of the product returned, using the same payment method that you used when placing the order. This process may take 7-10 days.
