Returns

If you have placed an order with Dentaltix and wish to make a return, there's no problem. You just need to keep the following in mind:

  • You have 15 days to do so from when you received your order.
  • Remember that it is essential that the product and its packaging are not altered. In the event that we send you a larger-volume product in its original box, you will always receive it properly protected to avoid possible alterations during shipping. Remember that if you want to return it, you will need to protect it in the same way or using a similar system. For safety and health reasons, products whose packaging or safety seal has been opened cannot be returned.
  • At Dentaltix we take care of collecting the product you want to return.
  • Products marked in the online store as PRODUCTS TO ORDER are not usually in stock and we have to order them specifically from the manufacturer, therefore these products cannot be returned.
  • To return PACKS of products, it will be necessary to return all the products that make up the pack.
  • All products that have been opened and put into operation CANNOT BE RETURNED. If you need it, for products you have purchased from us, we can offer you the possibility of arranging technical assistance with the manufacturer, who is the one that provides the warranty and who tells us how to proceed in each case.

How to make a return at Dentaltix?

1. Go to the My Orders section and in each of them you will find the Request Return link, from which to start the process.

2. By clicking on request return, a list will open with all the products in your order; we need:

  • You to mark the products you wish to return
  • You to indicate the address and time for collection of the products
  • You to confirm that all the details are correct

3. Once we receive your request, we will contact you by email to confirm the collection details

Remember that:

  • You must have the package ready in advance of the time set for collection.
  • You must protect the product properly for shipping. Dentaltix will not be responsible for returns that arrive damaged at our warehouses because they were not correctly packaged for shipping. We recommend placing the products in a box that serves as protective packaging to prevent the product or its box from being damaged during transport. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box in which we had sent it to you or an equivalent one.
  • It is necessary that the product and its original packaging are not altered. For safety and health reasons, products whose safety seal has been opened cannot be returned.
  • If the product arrives at our warehouse and is not in the necessary condition to proceed with its return, you may come and collect the product at our warehouses or request that we ship it. In this case, the return of the product to the customer will be at the customer's own expense.

4. When we receive the product and the warehouse confirms that everything is correct, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used when placing the order. This process can take approximately one week.

If you are in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, for customs reasons, we are sorry but it is not possible for us to carry out the collection. In these cases it is necessary for you to send us the products to be returned yourselves; contact us and we will confirm the address to which you must make the shipment.
