Shipping

Types of shipping:

- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands:

Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is free for orders over €100 (before VAT). In addition, these shipments can be:

STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • Cost: €4.95 +VAT (for orders under €100 before VAT).
  • Delivery in 2 or 3 working days.
  • You will receive everything in a single shipment. (However, if there is a product with a longer special delivery time, we will send it separately for free so as not to delay the entire order.)

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

  • Cost: €5.95 + VAT (for orders under €100 before VAT.)
  • We will send your order as soon as possible, although you will receive it in more than one shipment.
  • Try not to choose this shipping option if you don't mind waiting an extra day. With standard shipping we save 50% on carbon dioxide emissions.

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered exports, with a fixed fee of €49.50 that will be included in the invoice. These shipments are exempt from VAT and the buyer is responsible for paying local taxes (APIC, IGIC, etc.). The delivery time for shipments to the Canary Islands is approximately 7 working days.

- International shipping:

For legislative reasons regarding the export of medical products, for the time being, we only ship to Europe.

Shipments to European Community countries have a delivery time of between 7 and 10 working days and a cost of €25 + VAT for orders under €300. Shipping is free for orders over €300

The following countries will have special shipping costs (regardless of the order amount):

  • €49.95: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
  • €59.95: Switzerland
  • €34.95: United Kingdom (VAT 0%). Since we ship orders from Spain, and the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, VAT does not apply to orders shipped to the United Kingdom. Once the order arrives in the country, the customer will receive a payment notification to pay the corresponding local taxes. If the customer does not pay these taxes, the order will be returned to Dentaltix and the customer will bear the import costs.

About the delivery time:

  • For all Dentaltix products you will always find the delivery time indicated on the product page. Most are 24/48h, but please note that some products may have longer delivery times.
  • If your order contains products with different delivery times, it will be delivered in several shipments, without any increase in cost for you.
  • At Dentaltix you can find other more special products that are "Made to Order" which we order directly from manufacturers. For this reason, the delivery time, which is indicated on the product page of the website, can be up to two months. These products cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Orders placed by card or paypal before 2 p.m. will be processed at the time of payment confirmation. If your payment is confirmed after 2 p.m. we will process it the following day. Remember that for orders paid by bank transfer, the order will be processed once we have received the transfer.
  • Shipments are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery times are always approximate; in 99% of cases they are met, but please bear in mind that couriers are on their routes and it is not always possible to meet the estimated times.

VERY IMPORTANT: In some exceptional cases, items may be out of stock and shipping may be delayed. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can exchange an item, request a refund for your purchase, or simply wait until we receive stock.
