1. General
Using this site and/or registering as a customer/user implies acceptance of the following terms.

The web page, as well as all rights to its contents, images, text, designs and software, are protected by Intellectual Property and Industrial Property laws and international treaties relating to Copyright, and are the property of DENTARED ODONTOLOGY SERVICES S.L. (hereinafter “Dentaltix”).
3. Access and Basic Information
Access to our services requires you to register as a user with Dentaltix, and in order to identify you we will ask you to provide a set of basic identification and contact details.
To complete the registration, Dentaltix may at any time request additional information, such as verification of the email address. In this regard, it is very important that the correct email address is provided, with the guarantee that it belongs to you and that you have the right to use it.
You may modify or delete your data on Dentaltix at any time in the “My account” section at www.dentaltix.com/it, as well as ask Dentaltix to cancel your registration as a user by sending an email to ciao@dentaltix.com
4. Use of its content
4.1 The reproduction, transmission or exploitation of the content of the website shall be exclusive to Dentaltix, with any reproduction, transmission or exploitation carried out without the express authorisation and consent of Dentaltix constituting an infringement.
4.2 It is specifically prohibited to monitor or copy any content or information included on this Website and app, using any type of robot, spider, scraper, other automated means or manual process for any purpose, without our oral or written permission.
5. Communications and promotions
Dentaltix may send you communications to the email address you provided when registering as a user, to inform you about promotions, new products, features and other news available on Dentaltix.
At Dentaltix we want to make your experience on the web as productive as possible, so we will try to ensure that the advertising and promotions we send are tailored to your profile.
In our Privacy and cookie Policy, we will explain in more detail which cookies are installed on Dentaltix to obtain and store your information, in order to make navigation more dynamic and suited to your interests. We will also explain how to authorise or limit the types of communications we may send.
You will always have control over what type of promotional information you wish to receive.
6. Liability
6.1. Dentaltix acts as a platform for the promotion and sale of dental healthcare products, manufactured by other companies and intended solely for professional dental use. For this reason, Dentaltix disclaims any type of liability for the malfunction or improper use of any product purchased through the platform.
6.2. All products traded through the web page come with the corresponding warranty offered by the manufacturer, so that in no case is Dentaltix responsible for defects or malfunctions of the same.
6.3. Although Dentaltix makes every effort to ensure accuracy and precision in the contents of the web page, it may contain errors or inaccuracies. Consequently, we cannot fully guarantee the reliability or accuracy of its content.
6.4. Dentaltix disclaims all liability for the information contained in third-party web pages linked (links) to Dentaltix web pages.
6.5. Under no circumstances shall Dentaltix be held responsible for damages or losses of any kind arising from the use of this web page.
6.6. Any use that breaches any of these terms shall entitle Dentaltix to claim compensation for the damages and losses caused.
7. Severability
If any provision of these terms is missing or loses its validity or proves unenforceable under the applicable law, said provision shall have no effect, but only to the extent that it lacks validity, and shall not affect any other provision of these terms.
8. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These terms of use must be interpreted in accordance with, and are governed by, the current Spanish legislation. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved within the courts of Madrid. Notwithstanding the above, this shall not prevent Dentaltix from exercising the right to resolve any dispute in another competent jurisdiction.

Dentaltix reserves the right to change the content of this web page at any time and without prior notice.
Our privacy policy
1. Basic information
To start using Dentaltix, you simply need to register by providing a set of basic data so that we can identify you as a user, accepting Dentaltix's Terms of Use.
To carry out a purchase process on Dentaltix, you will have to provide us with more information, such as shipping address, telephone and billing details, so that we can guarantee you our service in the best possible way. All your information will be available and you will be able to modify or delete it directly through the “My account” section of Dentaltix.
To this end, we inform you that all the data and information you provide during your registration as a user, as well as during your use of Dentaltix, will become part of an automated and non-automated processing file, under the responsibility of Dentared Odontology Services S.L.
This information is collected to form part of a database for the purpose of communicating with customers and suppliers and carrying out the functions inherent to Dentaltix's activity, with Don Ramón Martínez being the Files Manager.
The data incorporated into Dentaltix's file will be kept for as long as necessary for the processing purpose for which it was collected, or until the right to erasure is exercised.
2. Modification of Data and Cancellation on Dentaltix
You can request the cancellation of your account on Dentaltix at any time, although we hope this does not happen. In addition, you are free to modify your personal data at any time.
In compliance with the provisions of L.O. 15/1.999 on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, Directive 95/46/EC, General Data Protection Regulation, you may exercise the right of access, rectification, erasure or objection by means of a written request to the Files Manager at the address indicated at the bottom of the web page or by email to ciao@dentaltix.com, addressing the files manager and attaching a copy of your National Identity Document.
For the same purpose, the person registered at www.dentaltix.com/it may access, modify or delete their personal information by accessing the “My account” section of said website.
3. Transfer of data
Dentaltix is authorised to use the data collected for commercial purposes and to transfer it to third-party companies that advertise and sell their products through Dentaltix, so that these companies can send the products requested by the customer. Access to your data will be given for the sole purpose of providing the Dentaltix service.
Refusal to provide the requested data will make it impossible to provide the services for which such data was requested.
4. Commercial purposes
Dentaltix may use the collected data to communicate to the registered person, via email, telephone or the address provided, information related to products and services, new services, contests, offers and/or promotions of goods and services marketed through the Dentaltix platform.
In the same way as the other information provided, the person registered on Dentaltix may cancel the sending of commercial information, as well as give explicit consent to receive other types of information, and may modify or cancel said authorisation at any time in the “My account” section at www.dentaltix.com/it or by sending an email to ciao@dentaltix.com.
5. International transfer of data
Many of Dentaltix's suppliers, in order to provide their services correctly, are located in or store information outside the European Economic Area.
For this reason, by registering on Dentaltix, you consent to and accept the processing of your data outside the European Economic Area, for the correct provision of services by Dentaltix.
6. Security
Dentaltix has adopted the legally required security measures for the protection of personal data, considering that its files are registered with the Data Protection Agency, guaranteeing the secrecy and confidentiality of the data provided.
In addition, Dentaltix undertakes to act quickly and responsibly to inform you in the event that the security of your data may be at risk.
7. Cookies
A cookie is a small fragment of text that the websites you visit send to the browser, which allows the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other options, in order to make your next visit easier and the site more useful to you. - Security cookies: Dentaltix may use security cookies to authenticate users, prevent the fraudulent use of access credentials and protect user data against unauthorised third parties. - Advertising cookies: These are those that allow managing Dentaltix's advertising to tailor the content of communications and announcements in the spaces reserved for Dentaltix's advertising (Adwords, Facebook, Hubspot).
