Characteristics of the clicktest biological indicator:

  • Biological indicator by spore test.
  • Bacteriological method calculated according to USP, AAMI, ISO 11138 and all appropriate sub guidelines.
  • For a correct control it is advisable to use a biological control by load when making implantable products, in other situations it will depend on the protocols of the centre.
  • Contents: 10 units.

Indications for the incubation process of the ClickTest Spore Test:

  1. Activate, manually or with forceps, by applying pressure until the ampoule containing the culture medium bursts.
  2. Place in contact with the spore strip in the vial base and place in the incubator.
  3. Incubate immediately after activation.
  4. After incubation, check the colour of the broth for results.
