How does it work?

All your purchases add up over the year towards your level. The more you buy, the higher the benefit level you reach.
You reach a level
We recalculate your level as you shop. You can move up a level every quarter. Your level at the end of the year sets your starting level for the following year.

Reach the purchase target for your level between October and December 2026 and enjoy its benefits throughout 2027.
A new name, the same commitment
Dentaltix Stars is becoming Dentaltix Club, and your level comes with you. Here's how the transition works.
- If you already had a level in Dentaltix Stars, you keep it for this final quarter of 2026, whether you make purchases or not.
- As we're launching Dentaltix Club in October 2026, your starting level for 2027 will be the best one based on either your annual purchases or your purchases this final quarter:
- Over €3,000 a year or €750 in the quarter → Silver
- Over €6,000 a year or €1,500 in the quarter → Gold
- Over €9,000 a year or €2,250 in the quarter → Platinum
- From 2027, your level will once again be measured over the full calendar year (January to December), with cumulative upgrades available all year round as a permanent feature.

Available to Silver, Gold and Platinum customers, applied to the selling price of each product from the following brands:
In addition, Gold members get an extra 2% and Platinum members an extra 4% on the rest of the website.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an invitation to join the Club?
No. Simply by being registered with Dentaltix, you're already part of Dentaltix Club. Your level (Silver, Gold or Platinum) depends solely on your spending.
How is my spending calculated?
Your spending is the total of your purchases at Dentaltix over the calendar year, excluding VAT. Returns are deducted from that total.
Can I move up a level before the end of the year?
Yes: if your purchases between October and December 2026 exceed €750, €1,500 or €2,250, we'll guarantee you Silver, Gold or Platinum level (respectively) for the whole of 2027.
Can my level go down?
Yes: your level is recalculated every year based on your spending, so it can go up or down from one year to the next.
How is the discount applied?
Automatically: if you have a level, you'll see the discounted price directly on the product page, with no need for a code or voucher.
Where can I see my benefits?
In your Dentaltix account you can check your current level and the benefits you have active at any time.
How do I know how much more I need to spend to reach the next level?
In your account you can see how much you've spent so far this year and how much more you need to reach the next level.
What happens to my current Dentaltix Stars level?
You keep it for this final quarter of 2026. After that, your level for 2027 is calculated under the new Dentaltix Club rules (more details in "A new name, the same commitment").
What does "the rest of the website" mean?
It refers to the entire Dentaltix catalogue outside the brands listed under "Brands with an additional discount".
Can Club discounts be combined with other promotions?
Yes: Club discounts can be combined with other promotions or one-off offers on the website.
