6.2. All the products marketed through the website have the corresponding guarantee offered by the manufacturer, and in no case will Dentaltix be responsible for any faults or damage to them.
6.3. Although Dentaltix makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and precision of the content of this website, it may contain errors or inaccuracies. As a result, we cannot fully guarantee the reliability or accuracy of its content.

Our privacy policy
1. Basic information
To be able to start using Dentaltix, you will only need to register by providing a series of basic data to identify yourself as a user, accepting Dentaltix’s Conditions of Use.
To carry out a purchase with Dentaltix, you must provide us with more information related to you, for example your address, telephone and billing details, so we can offer you our services in the best possible way. All of your information will be available and you will be able to modify it or delete it directly from Dentaltix’s “My Account” section.
For these purposes, we inform you that all of the data and information that you provide during your registration or as a user, as well as whilst using Dentaltix, will become part of an automated and not-automated processing file, responsibility of Dentared Odontology Services S.L.
This information is collected to form part of a database in order to communicate with customers, suppliers and carry out Dentaltix’s own activity functions, with Don Ramón Martínez being the File Manager.
The data included in Dentaltix’s file will be stored for the necessary amount of required for the purpose of the treatment for which they have been collected, or until you decide to exercise your right to cancellation.
2. Data Changes and Removals with Dentaltix
You can request to be removed as a Dentaltix user whenever you like, although we hope that this doesn’t happen. In addition, you are in charge of your personal details and can change these at any time.
In compliance with the provisions of the O.L. 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament, Directive 95/46/CE, General Data Protection Regulation, you can exercise your access, rectification, cancellation or opposition rights upon written request to the File Manager at the address indicated at the bottom of the web page or via email to hello@dentaltix.com, addressing it to the File Manager, attaching a copy of your National Identity Card or passport.
To the same effects, the person registered with www.dentaltix.com/en will be able to access, modify or remove their personal details by accessing the “My Account” section of the aforementioned website.
3. Data transfers
Dentaltix is authorised to use the data collected for commercial purposes and to give them to third parties that advertise and sell their products through Dentaltix so that they can send the products requested by the customer. Bear in mind that access to your details will be given with the sole purpose of providing the Dentaltix service.
Refusal to provide the data requested will make it impossible in their case to offer the services for which said data has been requested.
4. Commercial purposes
Dentaltix can use the data collected, through the email, telephone or address provided, for communicating to the person registered information related to products and services, new releases, competitions, offers and/or promotions of goods or services that are marketed through the Dentaltix platform.
In the same way as with all the information provided, the person registered with Dentaltix will be able to cancel the sending of all commercial information, as well as giving explicit consent to receive other information and being able to modify or cancel said authorisation at any moment from the “My Account” section on www.dentaltix.com/en or by sending us an email to hello@dentaltix.com.
5. International data transfer
In order to correctly offer you their services, many of Dentaltix’s suppliers are or host their information outside of the European Economic Area.
Therefore, when you register with Dentaltix you consent and accept that your personal details may be transmitted outside of the European Economic Area for the proper provision of services by Dentaltix.
6. Security
Dentaltix has adopted the legally required security measures for personal data protection, registered in the files at the Data Protection Agency, guaranteeing the secrecy and confidentiality of the data provided.
Additionally, we promise to act quickly and with responsibility in the event that the security of your data could be jeopardised and to inform you of such if relevant.
