Description

Addition Silicone for Hydrorise Monophase Impression Taking

Hydrocompatible polyvinylsiloxane silicone of medium viscosity indicated for the single-phase technique, as a fluid in preparations and to fill the cuvette individually. Using the one-phase (simultaneous) technique, it can also be used with Hydrorise fluids (light body, extra light body or regular body). This product is indicated for fixed, implant and removable prostheses.

Features of Hydrorise Maxi Monophase Silicone:

Due to its initial fluidity, Hydrorise Monophase can be easily used directly on preparations or implants using a syringe for elastomers
Maximum accuracy in reproducing details down to 5 microns.
High tear resistance.

Excellent elastic recovery.

Biocompatible (even with injured mucosa, reducing the risk of irritation or sensitization), thixotropic, does not drip.

Ideal ratio between working time and polymerisation time (snap-set effect):

Indications for use of Hydrorise Monophase silicone:

Remove the closing cap by pressing the levers and follow the instructions to place the cartridge inside the machine.
Cleaning removes excess by leveling the material outlet and correctly positioning the dynamic-static mixing tip.

Next, place the tip block device, correctly fixing the attachment elements on the cartridge.

For replacement after using the Zhermack 5:1 system cartridge, you must rotate the tip locking device 45° and extract it. Finally, the dynamic-static mixing tip is removed.

Precautions:

It is important to always level the material before placing the dynamic-static mixing tip, or else you have to wait until the color of the material is uniform to eliminate the non-homogeneous mass.

Always use cartridges, tip block devices and dynamic-static mixing tips compatible with the Zhermack 5:1 system, to optimize the mixture and not alter the quality characteristics of the product or interfere with the final result.
