Description
Silicone A for taking Hydrorise Impressions for Automatic System
Hydrorise Putty is an additive silicone suitable for fixed prostheses. It is manufactured by the Zhermack R&D department, which guarantees a far superior clinical result when taking impressions than conventional polyvinylsiloxanes. They are characterised by a high precision of the prints due to the fact that Hydrorise fluids made it possible to go down to 5 microns when reproducing details.
Hydrorise Maxi Silicone Features:
- Polyvinylsiloxane silicone for high-quality impression taking with automatic 5:1 mixing and dispensing.
- Putty: indicated for the first impression for all printing techniques (two phases or one phase).
- Heavy: indicated for the one-phase technique and for filling the bucket (for use with regular, light or extralight hydrorise).
- High precision in the reproduction of details down to 5 microns.
- High resistance to deformation and excellent elastic recovery.
- High dimensional stability up to 21 days.
- It offers the possibility to empty the model immediately after disinfection.
- Safe product for the patient due to its biocompatibility, even in injured mucosa.
- Time:
- Regular setting: working time of 2' and mouth time of 3'30''.
- Fast setting: working time of 1' and mouth time of 2'30''.
- It reaches a final hardness of approximately 60 Shore A.
