Description
NEUBER JT-18 Vacuum Former
A compact solution for the dental clinic and laboratory, ideal for splints, trays, mouthguards and thermoforming work. For use with square sheets up to 130 mm and round sheets up to 120 mm in diameter.
Precise Adaptation
Adapts soft or hard thermoplastic sheets over plaster models, offering a practical solution for making splints, mouthguards, trays and other custom dental work.
Vacuum System
Incorporates a suction motor that helps the softened sheet adapt to the model after heating. When the sheet reaches the right degree of flexibility, the frame is lowered onto the model and suction is activated.
Controlled Heating
Heating element that softens the sheet before forming. It is recommended to switch off the heating element after about 2-3 minutes, once the sheet has sagged and hangs more than 1 cm below the frame.
Compact Design
Compact build that fits easily into the work area without taking up too much worktop space.
Clamping Frame
The upper frame, frame base and adjustment tab help hold the plastic sheet in place throughout the process.
Greater Stability
Metal ball bed that allows the plaster model to be partially embedded and undercuts to be covered during adaptation, and prevents the grid from breaking.
