ENBIO: Class B Autoclave

Class B Autoclave Enbio PRO

A small steam autoclave for the sterilisation of medical devices.

The load is placed in a perforated tray inside the chamber and once everything is in place, the chamber is hermetically sealed and the appropriate programme is selected via the touch screen menu. Once the pre-vacuum, sterilisation cycle, and drying processes have been completed, the device displays summary information about the result of the process.

Features of the Enbio PRO Rapid Sterilisation Autoclave:

• Sterilisable devices: solid loads, small porous articles, small porous loads, full porous loads, single bone articles, articles with small spaces, multiple packs that can be packed or unpacked (single or multi-layer).
  • FAST process at 134°C: dedicated exclusively to solid, non-porous, simple, instruments and dental instruments only without packaging (e.g. scissors or handles), not textiles.
• Non-sterilisable devices: liquids, pharmaceuticals, biomedical waste, or materials incompatible with steam sterilisation.
• Programs:
  • 134ºC: Maximum load of 800g, total process time for 200g = 18 min, number of expected vacuums 3 and maximum water consumption of 190 ml (sterilisation process class B).
  • 121ºC: Maximum load of 800g, total process time for 200g = 31 min, number of expected vacuums 3 and maximum water consumption of 180 ml (sterilisation process class B).
  • 134ºC FAST:Maximum load of 800g, total process time for 100g = 10 min., expected number of vacuums 1 and maximum water consumption of 140ml (sterilisation process class S).
  • 134ºC PRION: Maximum load of 800 gr, total process time for 200 gr = 45 min, number of expected vacuums 3 and maximum water consumption of 230 ml (sterilisation process class B).
    • This programme is dedicated to one of the decontamination steps for items suspected of having or having been in contact with the transmissible prion protein.
• It has a capacity of approximately 16 packed loads.
• Volume of the chamber: 5.3 L
• Enbio uses distilled water from an external tank.
• All process data is automatically written to a USB disk.
