Nano-Ceramic Hybrid Disc for Permanent Restorations Grandio Disc
Features of Grandio Disc:
- The highest filler content (86% by weight).
- Similarity to teeth in perfection.
- Processable with all conventional carving/milling units.
- Better polishing and repair.
- Ideal for shaping/milling, even in the case of fine edges.
- Based on nano-hybrid technology.
- Excellent physical values regarding flexural strength and abrasion.
- No final firing is necessary for shine and does not require the use of acid for pre-conditioning before bonding.
- Reduces the number of work steps and a manageable number of instruments (rotary) that save time and yield brilliant and economical restorations satisfying both your expectations and those of your patients.
- Content: 1 Disc of 15 mm.
Indications for Grandio Disc:
- Crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers.
- Implant-supported crowns.
- It is recommended to use the dual curing bonding system Bifix QM in combination with both Ceramic Bond (for optimal bonding with the restoration) and an appropriate adhesive for dentin-enamel (Faturabond DC/Faturabond U).
- As an alternative, if the restoration has a very thin wall (thickness ≤ 2 mm), a composite exclusively photopolymerizable (for example, GrandioSO Flow) may be used.
