Nano-ceramic hybrid disc for permanent Grandio Disc restorations
Characteristics of Grandio Disc:
- Highest filler content (86 % by weight).
- Similar to teeth in perfection.
- Can be processed with all conventional milling / milling units.
- Better polishing and repair.
- Can be ideally cut / milled, even with thin edges.
- Based on nano-hybrid technology.
- Excellent physical values in terms of flexural strength and abrasion resistance.
- Fewer working steps and a manageable number of (rotary) instruments save time and produce brilliant and economical restorations that meet both your expectations and those of your patients
- Available in several types.
- Content: 1 Disc 15 mm.
Uses for Disco Grandio Disc:
- Crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers
- Implant-supported crowns
- Bifix QM dual cure bonding system is recommended to be used in combination with both Ceramic Bond (for optimal bonding to the restoration) and a suitable dentine-enamel adhesive (Faturabond DC/Faturabond U)
- Alternatively, if the restoration is very thin-walled (thickness ≤ 2 mm), an exclusively light-curing composite (e.g. GrandioSO Flow
