- How does Dentaltix.com work?
“Dentaltix.com is an online dental depot with more than 20.000 products for dental clinics, with an average discount of 30%. You can browse all the available products on our website and place your order directly. There is no minimum order, although if the order is over 150€, shipping is free. Otherwise, shipping costs are 8€ + VAT (9,68€). When placing your order through the website, you can pay conveniently by bank transfer, card or PayPal. The delivery time is 1 or 2 working days from the moment payment for the order is confirmed.”
- Can I place an order by phone?
“Dentaltix.com is an online dental depot with more than 20.000 products for dental clinics, with an average discount of 30%. You can browse all the available products on our website and place your order directly. The payment methods available through the website are bank transfer, card and PayPal. Shipping would take 1 or 2 working days.”
If you prefer, you can also place your order by phone. In this case, we would prepare a quote that we would send you by email within the next few hours for payment by bank transfer. Between sending the quote and confirming the transfer, phone orders usually take a little longer than those placed through the website. If you are in a hurry, we recommend doing it through the website, but you can choose whichever method suits you best.
- What payment methods are available on Dentaltix.com?
“To place an order on Dentaltix, you can pay directly through the website by card or PayPal. This way, the order is processed immediately when we receive it.
If you wish, when placing your order through the website, you can also select payment by bank transfer. This way, we will automatically send you an email with a quote for your order, where you will find our bank details. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please bear in mind that this payment method is not as immediate, since the order is not processed until we receive the transfer.”
- Can I pay for my order cash on delivery?
“To place an order on Dentaltix, you must pay in advance. You can do so by bank transfer, card or PayPal. We do not work with cash on delivery.”
- Can I pay for my orders on Dentaltix.com by direct debit?
The direct debit payment option is only available for regular customers who place several orders a month with us. For the first orders, payment is made in advance and you can do so by bank transfer, card or PayPal. If you start placing orders with us regularly and it is more convenient for you, don't hesitate to ask us about this payment method.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- “Delivery times for most products are 1 or 2 working days on the Mainland (2 or 3 working days in the Balearic Islands) for orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed later than 2pm cannot be dispatched from the warehouse the same day, so they will go out the following day.”
- “Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.”
- “For some products, delivery times may differ. In these cases, the delivery time will always appear on the product sheet or we will inform you as soon as possible.”
- “If your order contains products with different delivery times, it will be delivered to you in several shipments, at no additional cost to you.“
- “Delivery times will always be indicative. In 95% of cases they are met, however, please bear in mind that couriers operate on routes and it is not always possible to meet the expected times.”
- Can I pick up my order at the store?
“At Dentaltix.com, we always ship orders directly to the shipping address you provide us in just 1 or 2 working days. We do not have a physical store.“
- Does Dentaltix.com have a paper catalogue?
“At Dentaltix we are constantly adding new products and updating offers, which makes it impossible to work with a paper catalogue. You can browse all our products directly on our website and check all their features, the price and the stock available.“
- Does Dentaltix.com ship to other countries?
“At Dentaltix.com, we ship to any country in the European Union. These shipments have an approximate delivery time of 5-7 working days and a cost of 25€+VAT. Due to medical product import reasons, at the moment we only ship within the European Union.”
- If, when I receive my order, it isn't what I expected, can I return it?
If the product you received is not exactly what you needed and you wish to make a return, there is no problem. You just need to keep the following in mind:
- You have 15 days to make the return from the moment you receive the order.
- It is essential that the product and its packaging are not altered. For safety and hygiene reasons, products whose safety seal has been opened cannot be returned.
- Unless the reason for the return is a defect in the product, the shipping costs of the return will be at the customer's expense.
- Some of our products, marked in the online store as PRODUCTS ON ORDER, are usually not in stock and we have to order them specially from the manufacturer, therefore these products cannot be returned.

- The website says the product I need is temporarily unavailable. What can I do?

- I need Technical Service. What can I do?
“At Dentaltix, we do not have our own Technical Service, but we work in collaboration with technicians of proven experience in the dental sector. If you need a product you purchased from us to be checked or repaired, we offer you the possibility of arranging technical assistance. So, in the event of any incident, don't hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with information on how to proceed.”
