Pit and Fissure Sealant (2 x 2 ml) - VIDU

VIDU is a fluoride photohardener compound for crack sealing.

It is a sealant for occlusal surfaces as prophylactic against caries.

Pit and Fissure Sealant Features:

Indications for use of VIDU Trench and Fissure Sealant:

• Clean the surface thoroughly and cover with a biting gel (orthophosphoric acid).
• Leave the gel recorder current for 60 seconds. Shorten the enamel times of juvenile teeth to about 30 seconds, extend them in case of reduced prism or fluoridated enamel to about 120 seconds.
• Wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Properly dry the surface to be sealed.
• Apply only 1 drop onto a mixing block and apply a thin layer with a brush on the engraved surfaces.
• Harden for 20 - 30 seconds with a halogen lamp.

Unfortunately the syringes are not recyclable. What's the motive? Because it contains chemicals inside and has been used in the mouth, it is considered a non-hazardous group II hospital waste. VIDU is working on developing alternatives and new recycling channels for clinically generated waste. Meanwhile, to compensate for the plastic footprint generated, VIDU, through RePurpose, an organization that has developed the largest certified network of plastic collection projects worldwide, collects every month through the Nuevo Ciclo project, in Colombia, the same amount of plastic as it generates.

• How to easily recycle the packaging of this product?

The packing box of this product is made of 100% recyclable carton and is this easy:

1. Flatten the box for easy storage and transport.
2. Store in a dry place until recycling.
3. When you have accumulated enough cardboard, deposit it in the nearest recycling bin.
