Shipping

Delivery times:

  • Delivery times for most products will range from 4 to 6 business days. Our products will be shipped from our warehouse in Madrid (Spain).
  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery times will be counted from the moment the payment is confirmed. If the payment is made by card or PayPal before 14h, confirmation is immediate; if the chosen payment method is bank transfer or deposit, the shipping process will begin once the payment is received (if you want to speed up your order, you can make a deposit into a bank account, as confirmation of the latter is immediate).
  • For some products, delivery times may differ. In these cases, it will be indicated on the product sheet.
  • We work mainly with FEDEX and DHL to ensure delivery times are met.

* Delivery times are always approximate - with 95% accuracy - considering that due to external factors they cannot always be met.

  • Products purchased on DENTALTIX are shipped free of shipping charges for orders over 150€, VAT excluded. For smaller orders, 9,95€ + VAT will be added to the purchase cost as shipping charges.

* Shipping costs for Sardinia are 49,95€, regardless of the order total.


* Shipping costs for Switzerland are 59,95€, regardless of the order total.


* Shipping costs for San Marino are 60€, regardless of the order total.



VERY IMPORTANT: In some exceptional cases, items may temporarily be out of stock and shipping could be delayed. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible to allow you to change the item, receive a refund of your purchase amount, or simply wait.
