Orthodontic wax creates a thin protective layer to prevent the rubbing or discomfort that orthodontic brackets and wires can cause in the patient's mouth or tongue. Reus orthodontic wax adapts to and perfectly covers the wire or bracket that causes discomfort thanks to its soft and easy-to-mould composition.
Characteristics of Reus orthodontic wax:
- Orthodontic wax sticks for the patient.
- Creates a thin protective layer to prevent rubbing.
- It can be moulded with the fingers without breaking.
- Resistant to saliva.
- It perfectly fits and covers the wire or bracket that is causing the discomfort.
