You can browse all our supplies on our website and place your order. There is no minimum amount to place an order; however, on each order you will need to add 15€ of shipping costs. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Delivery times are 4 to 6 business days from the moment the order is placed. "
Can I place an order by phone?

If you prefer, you can place your order by phone. In this case, an email will be sent to you within the hours following your call with our bank details so that you can make the transfer. Do you ship to other countries?
"On Dentaltix.fr we deliver to all countries in the European Union. These shipments have a delivery time of 5 to 7 days with shipping costs of 15€ + VAT. We do not ship to the United States. ".
If when my order arrives it does not match what I wanted, can I return it to you?
If the product(s) you received do(es) not match what you wanted, you can return it/them to us:
- You have 15 days to make the return from the arrival of your order.
- It is important that the product and its packaging are intact, neither opened nor torn.. For safety and sanitary reasons, dental material that has already been opened cannot be returned.
- If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, Dentaltix covers the shipping costs of the return. But if you made a mistake or changed your mind, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
- Some of our products appear with the label “PRODUCT ON ORDER”, which means they are not in stock. We order them expressly for you. Consequently, we do not accept returns.
On the website, if a product appears temporarily unavailable, what can I do?

What taxes/duties do I have to pay?
We are a French company, therefore:
- If you are a French company, you are liable for French VAT.
- If you are a company from another country (such as Belgium) and you have an intra-community VAT number, no taxes or duties are to be paid.
- In the case of Switzerland, no taxes or duties are to be paid (except delivery costs of 59,95€).
