It heats up quickly and it is easy to set the temperature. It has two temperature memories, which is useful. It has a magnetic rest for the hand piece and also a little drawer to keep spare tips in. It comes with two tips. I think it can take Denar tips as well as Mestra ones, although I haven't tried yet. If you are in the UK, you will need a plug adapter, but that's not a problem. It's a good electric wax spatula.
