Characteristics of HeraCeram Saphir Opal Transparent:

  • Matrix layering to achieve the client's personal tone .
  • The Opal Transparent ceramic reflects the spectrum of the natural enamel.
  • Modified shades, amber colour.
  • The layering structure is simple and easy to implement.
  • For coating of traditional CTE metal alloys of 13.5 - 14.9 μm/mK, precious and non-precious .
  • New Light Booster technology allows for optimal and natural opalescence in the structures, leading to brighter colours with greater translucency .
  • The stabilised leucite structure promotes a stabilized coefficient of thermal expansion even with multiple firings and minimises firing times .
  • Excellent masking results even with thin layers of 60-100 μm.
  • Easy to achieve and high quality finishes.
