Flexitime Heavy Tray Dense Printing Material

Flexitime Heavy Tray is a high viscosity, dense consistency a-silicone. Flexitime exhibits better elastic recovery once the impression is removed from the mouth compared to polyester impression materials.

Flexitime Heavy Tray is suitable for two-pass printing and double-mix printing. It has the ATS formula, which accelerates setting kinetics at an oral temperature of 37ºC, making rapid or normal setting silicones unnecessary. It has a high final hardness which allows for greater precision and dimensional stability.

• They are well suited for taking impressions for crowns and bridges.
• High tensile strength, preventing flag tearing and distortion of the print when the mouth is removed.
• Setting is accelerated just as the material is incorporated into the mouth.
• Colour: Violet base and light grey catalyst.
• Mixingratio 1:1.
• Self-mixing.
• Working time out of the mouth: 2:30 Min.
• Minimal mouthfeel: 2:30 Min.
• Contents: 2 Cartridges x 50 ml + 6 mixing tips.
