Calcium Prophylaxis Paste Tooth Mousse

GC Tooth Mousse is a sugar-free, water-based remineralising toothpaste containing CPP-ACP (Casein Phosphopeptide - Amorphous Calcium Phosphate) complex, and high concentrations of bioavailable calcium and phosphate ions to protect teeth. The toothpaste works effectively within 2 to 5 minutes, leaving a clean and fresh feeling in the mouth thanks to its pleasant taste.

It is used to treat various oral problems such as rebalancing the oral mineral balance, neutralising acid attacks, stimulating salivary flow, reducing dental hypersensitivity, treating professional dental procedres, preventing caries in high-risk patients and treating white stained lesions on teeth due to calcium deficiency.

Indications of Tooth Mousse Prophylaxis Paste:

• Restores mineral balance in patients with saliva problems, such as xerostomia or for patients who find proper oral hygiene difficult.
• Helps prevent caries in patients at low to medium risk.
• Reduces hypersensitivity before and after tooth whitening.
• Use for patients who have undergone professional procedures such as tartar removal or oral cleaning.
• Studies have shown that Recaldent can give the visual opacity of new white spots a translucency.
• Do not use on patients allergic to milk protein and/or hydroxybenzoates.
• Contains bioavailable calcium and phosphate ions, without fluoride.

Considerations for using Tooth Mousse:

• When GC Tooth Mousse is applied to the tooth surface, the CPP- ACP molecules adhere to the biofilm, bacterial film, hydroxyapatite and surrounding soft tissue, localising the bioavailable calcium and phosphate.
