Cleanmed Suction Aldehyde-Free Instrument Disinfectant

Cleanmed Suction is a disinfectant from BMS Dental that is characterised by its easy handling and high efficacy. It has a broad spectrum of action against microorganisms and a pleasant aroma. It is an ideal product to guarantee the correct disinfection of dental suction systems.

Cleanmed Suction Disinfectant Characteristics:

• Very safe disinfectant, free of aldehydes, chlorine and phenol.
• Non-foaming, non-abrasive solution
• It is highly effective against a broad spectrum of organisms.
• It is easy to operate and easy to measure .
• It has an alkaline base for the removal of daily deposits.
• Perfect for disinfecting wet, dry and semi-wet/dry line suction systems.
• Composition: Didecyl dimethylammonium chloride, ethylenediaminetetraacetate tetrasodium, isopropanol (propan-2-ol), ethanolamine (2-aminoethanol), N-(3-aminopropyl) -N-dodecylpropane-1,3-diamine.
• Content: 1 dosing bottle of 1 L.

Microbiological properties of Cleanmed Suction

Cleanmed Suction has action:

• Bactericide: S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, E. hirae, S. typhimurium and L. pneumophila in 10 minutes.
• Levadicide: C. albicans in 10 minutes.
• Virucidal: HCV in 10 minutes.
• Fungicide: A. brasiliensis in 10 minutes.
• Spores: B. subtilis in 60 minutes.

How to use Cleanmed Suction:

• Step 1: Dispense a 5 % solution of 50 ml of cleaner and disinfectant hoover daily into 950 ml of lukewarm water.
• Step 2: Aspirate through the high and low volume suction tubes and also dispense into the cuspidor bowl.
• Step 3: Leave for at least 10 minutes to activate the working properties.
• Step 4: Rinse with plenty of clean water.
