Excellence Line Zirconia Burs

Characteristics of Excellence Line milling cutters:

  • Burs to achieve a natural texture in zirconia work.
  • Instructions for the use of burrs:
    • Cone of sandpaper: Suitable for smoothing the surface and defining the growth lines (maximum speed 10,000 rpm).
    • HM burr: Extra fine diamond cutting for flattening the material (maximum speed 40,000 rpm).
    • Conical bore HM: Suitable for separating zirconium parts from the disc (maximum speed 40,000 rpm).
    • Smart Stone conical: Diamond grinding for smooth contours (maximum speed 12,000 rpm).
    • Smart Stone llama: Diamond grinding for smooth contours (maximum speed 10,000 rpm).
    • Arkansas: Suitable for surface marking and fine details (maximum speed 20.000 rpm).
    • Llama Rubber: Suitable for smoothing certain details (maximum speed 10,000 rpm).
  • The replacement burs come in blister packs of 1 or 5 and the complete set includes one of each type.
