Fine-structured ceramics for the coating of all alloys

VITA VM 13 is a special veneering ceramic with a fine structure suitable for all common firing alloys of the CTE 13.8-15.2 µm/mK range. This universal solution is composed of pure potassium and sodium feldspars, which provide a brilliant colour effect and increased flexural strength. Thanks to its microstructure after firing, it provides smooth surface results due to the ease of grinding and polishing.

• The use of additional fluorescent and opalescent materials allows for extremely individual and aesthetic results.
• Thanks to its fine structure, it provides a natural colour effect and dynamic lighting.
• The tendency to shrink is minimal, therefore the need to repeat the cooking process is reduced.
• The CTE value and firing temperature have been optimised for use with high gold content alloys, low gold content alloys, palladium based alloys and alloys without noble metals.
