Dental hybrid ceramic for anatomical and aesthetic individual restorations
Vita Enamic is the world's first dental hybrid ceramic with a dual network structure as it is composed of ceramic-polymer material. Its chemical composition features a fine structure that makes up 86% of the weight with less fragility than pure ceramic and has excellent abrasion properties against occlusal forces for the creation of resistant restorations. It also has integrated elasticity, which allows for reduced wall thicknesses and the creation of detailed, thin, and precise constructions.
Features of Vita Enamic:
Dual ceramic-polymer material.
Fine structure reinforced by a matrix of acrylate polymer.
Simple bonding to self-adhesive composites.
Resistant restorations can be designed with the ability to absorb occlusal forces.
Rapid CAM fabrication and efficient finishing through polishing without firing.
Designed for minimally invasive, delicate reconstructions supported by dental implants.
Its dental color system integrates chromatically into the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER.
High resistance.
Easy to mill with diamond instruments.
Excellent stability at angles.
Includes integrated anti-crack function.
Non-invasive or minimally invasive.
Available in monochromatic and multichromatic variants in up to three degrees of translucency (T, HT, ST).
Restorations should not undergo any firing process during their fabrication.
Available in: 1 package with 5 pieces or in kits.
Indications for use of Vita Enamic:
Indicated for crowns of anterior and posterior teeth, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, and veneers.
For conservative reconstructions with reduced wall thicknesses.
Highly resistant posterior crowns with limited space conditions.
Minimally invasive reconstructions of occlusal surfaces and monolithic covering structures for digital joining bridges.
