Description
VITA temporary restoration blocks for dental restorations
VITA CAD-Waxx are blocks made of acrylate polymer that are distinguished by their burn-out and residue-free properties. Its use is indicated to provide solutions for modelled wax-ups and surgical guides for dental implants, as it has high torsional strength and better dimensional fit for multi-unit prostheses.
Features of VITA CAD-Waxx:
- Residue-free calcineable acrylate polymer for the computer-aided manufacture of wax-ups and drilling jigs.
- Economical reconstruction thanks to computer-assisted modelling
- Precise shape and fit due to high torsional stiffness and dimensional accuracy
- Pore-free casting and pore-free pressing due to the residue-free combustibility of the material.
- Its transparency facilitates adjustment control.
- Block dimensions: CW-40 (14 x 15 x 40 mm).
- Contents: 1 pack with 10 units.
Indications for use of VITA CAD-Waxx blocks:
- They can be used in place of modelling wax.
- Recommended for the production of casting objects and drilling templates.
- Ideal for the casting technique (VMK crown and bridge frameworks and cast crowns and bridges) and pressed ceramic technique in the Sirona Dental inLab system.
- Suitable for CAD/CAM system.
