Extraoral Duplicating Silicone SILICOPY

SILICOPY is a polyaddition silicone with great fluidity and extraordinary precision to reproduce details. Moulds made with SILICOPY have high dimensional stability over time, excellent elastic recovery in a short time and resistance to tearing, inorganic chemicals and UV rays. SILICOPY is perfectly compatible with all plasters, coatings and acrylic or polyurethane resins.

Characteristics of SILICOPY Duplicating Silicone:

• Based on polovinylsiloxanox.
• Suitable for all model duplication techniques in the dental laboratory.
• They can be mixed manually, with vacuum mixing and with automatic mixers.
• Shape: Viscous liquid.
• Colour: BLUE
• Mixing ratio: 1:1.
• Mixing time: 30 seconds.
• Working time: 5 minutes.
• Setting time: ≤30 minutes.
• Contents: Base 500 gr + Catalyst 500 gr.

Indications for SILICOPY Duplicating Silicone:

• SILICOPY (Hardness 10 Shore-A ) Particularly suitable for small models or details and for models with marked undercuts.
• SILICOPY HARD (Hardness 28 Shore-A ) Suitable for all duplicating techniques.
