RETURN POLICIES

If you have made a purchase on Dentaltix and want to return it, there's no problem. You just need to keep in mind the following points:

  • You have 15 DAYS from receiving your order to proceed with the return.
  • Remember that it is essential that the product and its packaging are not altered or unsealed. In the event that we send you a larger-volume product in its original box, you will always receive it properly protected to avoid possible damage during shipping. Remember that if you want to return it, you will need to protect it in the same way or using a similar method. For safety and health reasons, products that have their packaging or safety seal opened cannot be returned.
  • Unless manufacturing defects are found in the product to be returned, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • To return PACKS of products, it will be necessary to return all the products that make up the pack.
  • Products marked as MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS are not usually available but must be specifically requested from the manufacturer, and therefore, it is not possible to return them or cancel the order once paid.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN ON DENTALTIX?

1. Download our Return Form here, fill it in with the required information and send it by email to ciao@dentaltix.com along with a photo showing the condition of the product. You will need to enclose a copy of the form inside the package.

2. Once we have received the form, we will confirm acceptance of the return and you will need to send the package, with a copy of this form inside, to:

    Remember that:
  • You must enclose a copy of the return form inside the package.
  • It is necessary that the product and its original packaging are not altered. For safety and health reasons, products that have their safety seal opened cannot be returned.
  • Remember that you must properly protect the products for shipping. Dentaltix will not be responsible for the return of products that arrive damaged at our warehouses due to not having been packaged correctly for shipping. We recommend placing the products in a box that serves as protective packaging to prevent the products or their boxes from being damaged during transport. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box in which they were sent to you or an equivalent one.

3. Once we receive the product and confirm that everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned product through the same payment method used for the order. The refund process may take approximately one week.
