iCare+ Cleaning, Disinfection and Lubrication Equipment

NSK's iCare+ system is an automated unit designed to efficiently and repeatedly clean, disinfect, and lubricate up to four rotary dental instruments, facilitating final maintenance before sterilization. This intelligent system automatically detects the type of instrument connected (internal spray, external spray, or no spray), performs complete treatment cycles according to European standards EN ISO 15883/15883-5, and guarantees thorough treatment both inside and outside the instrument, reducing microbial contamination by more than 99.999% when used with the n.clean and n.cid solutions specifically developed for this purpose.

In addition, iCare+ offers simple and intuitive operation with LED indicators for each phase (cleaning, disinfection and lubrication), complete validation and traceability of each cycle through data logging, and a "plug and play" design that only requires an electrical and air connection to operate, without the need for water or drainage. Thanks to its internal controls and sensors, it ensures consistent and reproducible cycles, bringing safety and efficiency to the clinical workflow.
