Multiplier counter-angles

Multiplier contra-angle handpieces are part of the rotary instruments whose characteristic angled shape facilitates access to the mouth.

The 1:5 multiplier contra-angle handpieces work with a turbine bur. This means that they work with the same type of bur as a turbine (1.8 mm shaft diameter burs). The difference is that if this milling bur is connected with a multiplier contra-angle, it will allow high speed of the milling bur, working with an electric micro motor, allowing up to 200,000 rpm.
