• Aware of the problem of precise dosage of plaster in the dental laboratory, MESTRA has developed the dosing machine BOOMERANG, the "precision" version equipped with a scale and which is especially recommended in the case of plaster type IV.
• It has an electronic control that allows to alternate different types of plaster just by changing the tank, programming cycles, working at fixed proportion, etc... Supplied with a rubber bowl for beating plaster and a plastic spatula.
• The R-080592 (Precision) also includes an extra plaster tank, so you can switch between two types of materials quickly, and a wall bracket.

Advantages

• Dosing system Smartank: the dosing mechanism is integrated in the tank itself, so that in case of clogging or wear, it can be repaired in a few minutes by the user himself. The mechanism consists of a spindle, an impeller and an actuator of very accessible rapping.
• Multifunction button with intuitive operation; one press is all it takes to perform the dosage shown on the display. If the button is pressed repeatedly the dose shown on the display is multiplied by the number of presses. If the button is kept pressed, the machine doses powder during the time the pulse lasts, and at the end, it doses the water necessary to maintain the proportion.
• Electronic control with display showing at all times the amount of powder and water expressed in grams and millilitres; four user-configurable programs available; calibration routine; three modes of operation: liquid only, powder only, powder and liquid in proportion. The evolution version also incorporates the possibility of managing up to four different types of powders; fixed ratio operation, alarms, etc. The latter version is supplied with two powder tanks and a wall bracket.
