Gracey LM Ergo Curettes

The Mini Gracey XSI Curettes are designed for the effective removal of deep subgingival calculus in targeted areas, allowing for optimal finishing of subgingival root surfaces.

Periodontal Instrumentation:

• Place the tip of the Gracey curette against the tooth surface at one-third or one-half of the cutting edge.
• The cutting edge is the longer, external curved portion.
• Ensure the lower cannon is parallel to the root surface.
• Apply moderate pressure to remove calculus and light lateral pressure for root planing, activating the curette with vertical, diagonal, or horizontal movements.

Design:

• Working surface inclined at 20° to the lower cannon.
• A curved cutting edge (line red).
• Rounded cutting tip.
