Description
Gracey LM Ergo Curettes
Curettes to eliminate the deep subgingival calculation of specific areas. For the finish of subgingival root surfaces.
Periodontal instrumentation:
- Place the tip of a Gracey curette against the tooth surface at one-third or one-half of the cutting edge.
- The cutting edge is always the longest external curved part.
- Make sure the lower shank is parallel to the root surface.
- Apply moderate pressure to remove the stone and slight lateral pressure to perform root planing, and activate the curette by vertical, diagonal or horizontal movements.
Design:
- Working surface with 20° inclination with respect to the lower shank
- A curved cutting edge (red line)
