Straight blade dislocation instrument designed for extremely narrow spaces. This LM-SlimFit instrument is designed to access places that can not be reached with conventional luxation instruments. It allows to extract parts of the less traumatic form possible, important for a fast cicatrization. The extremely fine tip of the instrument is introduced into a very small periodontal space. The instrument slides slowly to the root apex while turning gently back and forth. It can not be used as an elevator.
