Shipping

Delivery times

  • Delivery times for most of our products are 4 to 6 business days. Our products are shipped by our suppliers, who are based in Madrid, Spain.
  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (business days).
  • The delivery process will begin upon confirmation of payment for your order. This applies if you have made the payment by credit card, by Paypal or by bank direct debit. Delivery times are counted from the moment you complete the purchase. If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, delivery times are counted from when we receive the transfer. To speed up the processing of your order, you can deposit the money into our bank account; this way the payment confirmation is immediate.
  • Some products have a different delivery time, and in this case the time appears on the product sheet.
*Delivery times are always indicative. In 95% of cases, our delivery times are met, but you must take into account that part of the delivery is managed by the delivery company, and it is possible that some times may not be met.

Transport

  • We work with FEDEX for deliveries within mainland France in order to guarantee delivery of products in less than 6 business days.
  • If the parcel is in the process of being delivered, you will be informed by email in order to ensure delivery of the parcel within the established dates.

Shipping costs

  • Products shipped to mainland France are dispatched free of charge for orders over €150 excl. VAT. However, for any order under €150 excl. VAT, shipping costs of €9.95 will be applied.
  • For countries that require special delivery conditions, additional shipping costs will be applied automatically at the time of choosing the delivery country.
  • As we are based in Spain, countries that do not belong to the European Union do not pay VAT on our website, but once the order arrives, customers will receive a payment notice to pay the VAT in their country (customs fees). If these taxes are not paid by the customer, the order will be returned to the sender and the customer will have to pay the import fees. This applies to the following countries, which will have to pay a flat-rate shipping fee of:
    • Norway: €59.95
    • United Kingdom: €59.95
    • Switzerland: €59.95
  • The following countries will have to pay a flat-rate shipping fee of €49.95 + VAT on our website: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
  • The following countries will have to pay €25 + VAT on our website: Austria, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Monaco, Netherlands, Sweden. For these countries, orders over €300 + VAT are delivered free of charge.

IMPORTANT

Exceptionally, there may be stock errors on the part of the suppliers who collaborate with Dentaltix. In this case, delivery times may be delayed. If this happens, you will be informed as soon as possible so that you can change your item, obtain a refund or wait for new stock.
