OPENER Coronal widening of Komet

The files Opener are the last evolution for opening and widening of the coronal third of the root canal. Traditionally used the Gates Glidden for this procedure, now the range Opener de Komet presents big advantages:

• The inlet curvature resulting to the root canal is reduced
  • Alleviate file loads during subsequent instrumentation.
  • Facilitate and reduces the time of instrumentation
• Elimination of bacteria and compromised dentine
  • Most bacteria are eliminated from the beginning of endodontics, and they are not transported to the apex

Indications:

• The Opener is indicated for use in root coronal third , with movements of "picking-motion"
  • Short back-and-forth movements along the duct walls.
