Lucifix® offers blue and transparent rear matrices with integrated locking device. The new blue color is an alternative to the transparent matrix and was chosen to offer a greater contrast between the matrix and the dental structure. Its effects on the degree of conversion of the composite are insignificant. It is a great advantage as it allows a better visual control of the application, the procedures of obturation and the manipulation of the composite. The dyed matrix does not discolour when it comes into contact with the engraving gel, adhesives or primers.

The blue line is a step forward that simplifies and accelerates daily work; Traditional matrix support is no longer required. The matrices can be adjusted to the individual requirements by means of a gingival or occlusal fixation. The matrix has a thickness of 0.075 mm.
