Description
TEMPORARY CROWNS FIRST PREMOLAR TOP RIGHT OF FRACTION
Frasaco's upper right premolar temporal crowns help to save time and reduce costs. A means of working to yield optimum results in minimum time. Same for the multi-layer technique, using them as a matrix for the last layer economics.
Frasaco time crowns are elastic celluloid crowns, extra-thin and easy to cut. In the transparent execution they are translucent for the polymerization light. They are used for the temporary protection of prepared teeth and as a matrix for rebuilding edges and corners. The placement can be carried out without problems with all the usual temporary sealing materials. A temporary crown of appropriate size and shape is chosen and it adapts to the cervical cotorno of the tooth and to the gingival border by means of scissors for crowns. Care should be taken that the temporary crown and preparation are clean and dry when placed. The crown is filled with temporary sealing material and placed on top.
For the reconstruction of edges and edges - also with composites - the temporal crown is used as a matrix. The shape of the sector of the tooth is trimmed to be reconstructed from a suitable temporary crown, allowing its edges to exceed the limits of the cavity. The matrix is filled with sealing material and pressed onto the tooth. Once the material has hardened, the matrix is removed. If they remain in the tooth for several days, their gingival margin should not enter the sulcus with more than 1 mm of depth, to avoid a possible marginal parodontal lesion. By no means should the temporary crowns remain in the mouth for more than 30 days.
Note for the number of temporary crowns: First figure = quadrant | Second figure = position of the tooth | Third digit = size in descending order
