Clarimax 1200 DM Demineralization System for Autoclaves
Features of the Clarimax 1200 DM system:
Total demineralization system with mixed bed resins.
Does not consume electricity or waste water.
No daily maintenance required, simply replace the filter when exhausted.
Suitable water temperature between 4 and 60 ºC.
Pressure between 2 and 6 bar.
The residual capacity depends on the electrical conductivity of the incoming water.
Head with fixed bypass at 0%.
The cationic and anionic resin filter removes water hardness (lime and gypsum), substances that cause corrosion and increase conductivity, achieving levels below 20 µS/cm (ideal for autoclaves).
The complete system includes a pressure tank, a head, a filter, and a flow meter.
Installation of the Clarimax 1200 DM demineralization system for autoclaves:
Head with 3/4" inlet for network connection and 3/4" outlet for connection with the liter counter and then to the autoclave.
Head installed with pressure downwards, with a quarter turn thread clockwise.
Bypass adjusted to 0% with an Allen key.
It is recommended to purge the filter after adjusting the bypass with two buckets through the rubber tube and the shut-off valve on the head.
