3M Syringe Penta Elastomer Overview
The Penta Elastomer syringe is used for the intraoral application of printing materials of very fluid and semi-fluid consistency especially of Pentamix ™.

Application of Penta Elastomer Syringe
Remove the plunger and insert the Penta Elastomer syringe directly into the Pentamix mixer to charge it.
The transparent body of the syringe allows continuous control of the charged amount.
During or after application, fully compress the syringe and allow the printing mass to harden.

Cleaning of 3M Elastomer Penta Syringe
Unscrew the knurled nuts with the application nozzle and discard the latter.
Eject the impression mass out of the syringe using the plunger and clean the syringe with the brush.

Any transparent syringe body can be used several times and heated in the autoclave. Change to a new one when it becomes matte and when mechanical deterioration appears.
Disassemble the syringe and heat each part in the autoclave.
Suitable disinfecting agents are surface disinfection agents for plastics and metals.
