SUPER ABSORBENT DENTAL BIBS IN VIDU DISPOSABLE ROLLS - PLASTIC NEUTRAL CERTIFIED - ZERO PLASTIC FOOTPRINT
Dental bibs are made of a mixture of materials that cannot be recycled, and for hygienic and sanitary reasons it is difficult to find an alternative made of another material. VIDU works to always offer the most responsible solution and, while maintaining the necessary hygienic qualities in the clinic, always seeks a balance between fair price and care for the planet.
While they work on researching alternative solutions, they have reached an agreement with The Gravity Wave whereby the same amount of plastic is collected from the Mediterranean Sea, its coasts and ports each month as they generate.
Environmental impact meters >> Plastic footprint of the VIDU Dental Bibs package of 45 gr = 0 gr.

LET'S BE PART OF THE CHANGE!
- Plastic Neutral. Certified by Gravity Wave.
- 100% recyclable packaging. These bibs are packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard, with clear recycling and disposal instructions on the packaging. It's very simple!
- Waste reduction. In these VIDU dental bibs, no more packaging is used than necessary, always guaranteeing the highest quality and hygiene conditions in the products.
- Production forthcoming. These napkins/bibs are manufactured and packaged in Europe, favouring local manufacturing and minimising transport.
- Responsible consumption. Don't use more bib holders than necessary!
How to manage the waste generated in the clinic with the use of these bibs?
- Can these dental bibs be recycled?
- How to recycle the packaging of this product?
Unfortunately, dental bibs are made from a mix of non-recyclable materials. Although on several occasions they do not become soiled or wet, their life span is short as they are not reused for other patients and are disposed of without separation of their parts in the waste bin together with other Group II wastes (non-infectious non-specific healthcare waste).
VIDU is working on the development of alternatives and new recycling channels for clinical waste. In the meantime, to compensate for the plastic footprint generated, VIDU, together with the Alicante-based start-up The Gravity Wave, collects the same amount of plastic from the Mediterranean Sea, its coasts and ports every month as it generates.
The box used in the packaging of this product is made of 100% recyclable cardboard and it's that easy:
- Flatten the box for easy storage and transport.
- Store in a dry place until recycling.
- When you have accumulated enough cardboard, place it in the nearest recycling bin.
Where do these dental bibs come from?
One of the brand's objectives is transparency, which is why the country of origin is always specified on the packaging of all products. It will vary from one product to another, always looking for the manufacturing conditions that ensure: Quality, sustainability and fair prices.
In the case of these dental bibs, they are manufactured in Alessandria, Italy.
