Zinc oxyphosphate cements

Zinc oxyphosphate cements

While the liquid is composed of a combination of phosphoric acid, a similar proportion of water and few zinc salts.

Zinc oxyphosphate cement is particularly recommended for fixing external structures with tooth structure: orthodontic bands, inlays, crowns and fixed bridges. It is also used for temporary restorations as a base to protect the pulp from electrical, mechanical and chemical influences.

Among its benefits you will find that it is very easy to handle, has good physical properties and it is of low solubility.
