The Sure Endo Retractor Thread is a retraction thread made from 100% cotton fabric. This type of thread is much more absorbent than twisted or braided threads.
The gaps left by the tissue contain a large amount of haemostatic solution that prevents bleeding.
During preparation, the way the Sure Endo retractor thread is woven prevents it from catching on the diamond cutters.
