Description
IPS e.Max CAD cerec/inLab LT ceramic blocks
IPS e.Max CAD is a lithium disilicate glass-ceramic block (LS2) for CAD/CAM technology.
Its innovative and unique system is able to combine high quality aesthetic with a great ease of use. Unlike other CAD / CAM aesthetic, IPS e.Max CAD can cover a wide range of applications. In addition, its blocks have a high range of translucency values, colours and sizes that offer great flexibility, and coordinated cement, tried and tested cementing materials that complement the system.
The material provides a proven and efficient solution for the fabrication of lithium disilicate restorations in the dental laboratory. IPS e.max CAD is based on the IPS e.max all-ceramicsystem.
IPS e.max CAD has the widest range of indications for CAD/CAM glass-ceramics on the market. Due to the high strength (530MPa1) of lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, crowns can be produced for: veneers (≥ 0.4 mm), occlusal veneers (table tops) ≥1.0 mm, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, three-unit bridges, hybrid abutments, hybrid abutment crowns, veneer solutions, veneer frameworks in zirconium oxide frameworks.
Hybrid abutment restorations made of IPS e.max CAD show exceptionally high accuracy of fit, excellent bond strength, long-lasting esthetics thanks to the natural tooth shade range of the coloured hybrid abutments. The IPS e.max CAD A14 and A16 blocks are used to produce hybrid abutments (single abutments) and hybrid abutment crowns (abutment and monolithic crown in one piece). The abutments have a prefabricated interface for extraoral bonding with a titanium base (e.g. Dentsply Sirona Ti-Base).
A colour block suitable for virtually any clinical situation. Restorations can be customised using the staining, cutback or layering technique.
